So in between the fountains that lie in Nathan Philips Square near City Hall is a girl in neon. Enjoying the spritz of the fountains, but ready to leap over water in her Rachel Roy olive green sport pants. In these pictures she demonstrates an easy-breezy way to dress for Spring with loose pants and light knits. "Make it crisp with a white blazer" she adds, "A blazer is a great way to polish a sporty look".
